What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product type: 50–100 pairs for skate products (speed skates, inline skates, roller skates), and 500–2,000 units for PU wheels and accessories. For plastic mould projects, MOQ is assessed based on mould complexity. We are open to discussing flexible terms for long-term partnerships.
Can you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. We offer Boot pre-production samples for quality and specification confirmation. Sample lead time is typically 7–15 days depending on product complexity.For CNC or Wheels product, normally it depend on if we have in stock. For custom mould projects, we provide 3D renderings and prototype mould trials.
What is your typical production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. For large-volume or highly customized orders, lead time may extend to 45-60 days. We maintain transparent production scheduling and provide weekly progress updates throughout the manufacturing process.
Do you support custom design and private labeling?
Absolutely. We specialize in OEM/ODM services including custom boot designs, frame geometries, wheel formulations, colorways, and private branding. Our in-house engineering team and CNC machining capabilities allow us to develop bespoke components and moulds tailored to your brand specifications.
What are your payment terms and shipping options?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)/Western Union with 50% deposit upfront and 50% balance before shipment. We ship via Express, Air, Sea depend on your requirement.
What quality control measures do you have in place?
We implement a strict multi-stage QC system: incoming material inspection, in-process monitoring, finished product testing (durability, load, and performance), and pre-shipment random sampling. All products comply with international safety standards. Factory audits and third-party inspections are welcome.
Do you accept factory audits or third-party inspections?
Yes. We welcome client factory visits and audits at our facility in Jiangmen, Guangdong to ensure full transparency and quality assurance.
